Pipe Organ Discovery Day (PODD)

The annual Pipe Organ Discovery Day is a superb opportunity for young students (recommended grades 3-12) with some keyboard experience and an interest in learning more about the pipe organ, with a 'hands on' opportunity. Family members are also welcome, but space is limited!
An opportunity to experience and play a pipe organ, learn about the pipe organ from Pipedreams host Michael Barone, and hear concert organist, Isabel Demers, on the Northrop pipe organ!
A free pizza-lunch is included, but pre-registration is required.

Ferguson Hall at the University of Minnesota (van Daalen & Bedient organs)
Northrop at the University of Minnesota (Aeolian-Skinner organ)
To try the organ with your own fingers and feet… and to learn how a pipe organ works!
Keyboard experience required to play the organ.
This event is free, but registration is REQUIRED by January 26 and limited to just 20 participants!
