Oral History Project
Stories from our chapter

In 2009, the TCAGO Executive Board approved the creation of a committee to carry out an oral history project. Such a project provides a historical record that is unique and separate from the paper trail that emerges from the TCAGO Board, its committees, and printed programs of events that it presents.

The Oral History Project Committee interviewed fifteen persons and these interviews have been transcribed. The committee found that those we interviewed lived in a world rich in teachers, mentors, colleagues, and friends.

For more information and to read transcribed excerpts from the interviews, see the Oral History Project document.
